Key Point: This Extension is a tool that helps you use AI services. It doesn't provide AI services itself - you need your own API keys from OpenAI or Anthropic.
3. No Warranty - Use at Your Own Risk

I provide this Extension without any warranty or guarantee:
- No guarantee that it will work perfectly
- No guarantee that generated cover letters will be good
- No guarantee that it will help you get a job
- No guarantee of uptime, reliability, or bug-free operation
- No guarantee of compatibility with all websites or browsers
Your Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You use this Extension entirely at your own risk
- You are responsible for reviewing all generated content
- You should never submit AI-generated content without reviewing it first
- The quality of output depends on the AI provider, not this Extension
4. API Keys and Billing
YOU PAY THE BILLS: This Extension uses YOUR API keys, which means YOU are responsible for all costs incurred with OpenAI, Anthropic, or other AI providers.
Your Responsibilities
- API Key Management: Obtain, secure, and manage your own API keys
- Usage Costs: Monitor and pay for your API usage
- Rate Limits: Stay within provider rate limits and usage policies
- Account Management: Maintain active accounts with AI providers
What I'm NOT Responsible For
- API charges from OpenAI, Anthropic, or other providers
- Unexpected billing due to high usage
- API key security or unauthorized usage
- Provider rate limiting or account suspension
- Changes to provider pricing or terms
5. User Responsibilities
Appropriate Use
You agree to:
- Use the Extension only for generating cover letters
- Provide accurate personal information
- Review and edit generated content before use
- Comply with job site terms of service
- Respect intellectual property rights
Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Extension for spam or mass applications
- Generate misleading or false information
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Extension
- Use it to scrape or collect data from job sites
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Share or resell your API keys
6. Content and Accuracy
AI-Generated Content
All content generated by this Extension comes from AI providers, not from me. Therefore:
- Content may be inaccurate: AI can make mistakes or generate incorrect information
- Content may be generic: Results depend on your input quality
- Content may be inappropriate: AI can sometimes generate unsuitable content
- You must review everything: Never submit AI content without careful review
Always Review: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any content you submit to employers.
Personal Information
Regarding your personal information in generated letters:
- Verify all contact details are correct
- Ensure work history and skills are accurately represented
- Remove or correct any hallucinated information
- Don't include sensitive information you don't want to share
7. Limitation of Liability
MAXIMUM LIABILITY: My total liability to you for any damages arising from this Extension is $0. That's right, zero dollars.
I am not liable for:
- API costs: Any charges from OpenAI, Anthropic, or other providers
- Job applications: Content of generated letters or job application outcomes
- Data loss: Loss of saved cover letters, settings, or other data
- Privacy issues: Data handling by third-party AI providers
- Technical problems: Browser crashes, compatibility issues, or bugs
- Missed opportunities: Jobs you didn't get or applications you couldn't submit
- Career impact: Any positive or negative effects on your career
8. Third-Party Services
AI Providers
This Extension integrates with external services:

Job Sites
The Extension reads content from job sites but:
- You must comply with each site's terms of service
